Cloud Backup
6 questionsNo, Cloud4You does not charge additional fees for data transfer. This applies to all our services, including cloud backup storage, Microsoft 365 backup, and dedicated servers. You can freely manage your data without worrying about additional file transfer costs.
Dedicated server backups are stored in a geographically separate data center (DC). We use a fast and reliable connection between two data centers, allowing us to ensure daily, secure transfer of your server backups to a separate location. This solution significantly increases the security of your data.
TaaS service involves archiving backups stored in our cloud onto LTO magnetic tapes. It's an advanced solution providing an additional layer of protection against data loss, hacker attacks, and ransomware. LTO tapes can also be used as long-term backup storage. The most commonly chosen archiving cycles are monthly, quarterly, or annual.
Insider Protection is an advanced feature that protects deleted backups for a specified number of days. During a hacker attack, malicious software often encrypts production servers while special scripts delete available backups. With Insider Protection, even after backup deletion, we can recover it, providing a crucial line of defense against cyber threats.
Regular backups are essential but don't guarantee 100% protection. Equally important are: the type of media storing the backup, remote backup location, and offline backup storage. A comprehensive backup strategy should consider all these aspects to ensure maximum data security.
Regular backup testing is the best method to verify their usefulness in an emergency. At Cloud4You, we enable both test recovery of individual files and entire environments from which backups are made. Regular tests ensure that data recovery will be possible when needed.

Pricing & Payments
5 questionsWe offer flexible billing models tailored to client needs. By default, we bill monthly based on actual resource usage. For clients preferring cost predictability, we also offer packages with predetermined resource limits. Invoices are issued at the end of each billing period.
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for most of our services. During this time, you can fully test the functionality and performance of your chosen solution without any obligations. After the trial, you can decide to continue or cancel without additional costs.
We accept bank transfers (standard payment term is 14 days), credit/debit cards, and recurring payments (auto-pay). For larger projects, we also offer quarterly or annual payments with attractive discounts.
All prices shown in our price list are net prices. VAT at 23% is added to each invoice in accordance with applicable regulations. For EU clients with an active EU VAT number, reverse charge settlement is possible.
We don't apply any hidden fees. All costs are clearly defined in the contract and price list. Data transfer is free, we don't charge for standard service setup, and technical support is included. The only additional costs may result from ordering services beyond the contract scope.
SLA & Guarantees
5 questionsOur SLA 99.9% guarantees a maximum of 8 hours and 45 minutes of service unavailability per year. In practice, we achieve much better results. If the guaranteed availability level is not met, the client receives compensation in the form of credit for the next billing period, proportional to the downtime.
Response time depends on the priority of the report. For critical reports (total service unavailability), we guarantee a response within 15 minutes 24/7. For high priority – up to 1 hour, and for standard – up to 4 hours during business hours. Our support team is available 24/7.
We guarantee data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). All data is replicated to a geographically separate data center. We hold ISO 27001 certification and regularly conduct security audits. In case of data loss due to our fault, we commit to full compensation.
We have a three-level escalation procedure. Level 1 is first-line technical support (available 24/7). Level 2 is specialist engineers with access to advanced diagnostic tools. Level 3 is technical management and system architects. Premium clients are assigned a dedicated technical account manager.
Yes, for clients with special requirements, we offer extended SLA up to 99.95% or even 99.99%. Higher SLA levels include shorter response times, dedicated hardware resources, priority support, and higher compensation in case of unavailability. Details are arranged individually.
Cooperation Terms
6 questionsWe start with a free consultation where we analyze your needs. Then we prepare a personalized offer and propose a trial period. After accepting the terms, we sign the contract and begin implementation. The entire process usually takes 3 to 14 days, depending on project complexity.
The standard contract is for 12 months, but we also offer flexible options. For smaller projects, monthly contracts are available (at a higher rate). For longer commitments (24 or 36 months), we offer attractive discounts. After the contract period ends, the contract converts to monthly terms.
Yes, our contracts are flexible. You can increase the scope of services at any time (scaling up). Reducing the scope is possible with one month's notice. For dynamically growing companies, we offer special terms enabling quick resource scaling without contract renegotiation.
We respect the client's right to terminate cooperation. We only require 30 days' notice at the end of the billing period. We provide full support for data migration to another provider. All client data is stored for 30 days after contract termination, then securely deleted.
Yes, we routinely sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with every client. We can also adapt to NDA requirements proposed by the client. The confidentiality of our clients' data is our priority, as confirmed by our certificates and security procedures.
Each implementation is led by a dedicated project manager. We provide full documentation, training for the client's IT team, and 24/7 technical support for the first month after implementation. For complex projects, we also offer data migration and integration services with existing systems.
