DRaaS – Disaster Recovery as a Service for Business Continuity

DRaaS ensures business continuity during disasters. Your systems are replicated to our Data Center and can be launched within minutes of a primary site failure.

What is Disaster Recovery as a Service?

DRaaS is a service that ensures business continuity during disasters – from hardware failures and cyberattacks to natural disasters. Your critical systems (servers, applications, data) are replicated to our Data Center. In case of failure, we launch them in our infrastructure, minimizing downtime and data loss.

How does DRaaS work?

  • 1 Analysis of critical systems and RTO/RPO requirements
  • 2 Design of disaster recovery plan
  • 3 Configuration of replication to our Data Center
  • 4 Regular DR testing without production risk
  • 5 24/7 monitoring of replication status
  • 6 Automatic or manual failover in case of failure
  • 7 Failback after primary site restoration

Benefits of DRaaS

  • RTO from 15 minutes – fast system recovery
  • RPO from seconds – minimal data loss
  • No cost for your own DR infrastructure
  • Regular DR testing without risk
  • Protection against ransomware, failures, disasters
  • 24/7 failover support
  • Monthly payment – no large investments

DRaaS Security

DRaaS replication uses end-to-end encryption. Data in our Data Center is protected by multi-layered security: physical access control, 24/7 monitoring, ISO 27001 certificates. Network isolation ensures your DR systems are separated from other clients. Regular security tests and audits.

Backup Data Center Location

Your DR systems run in our Tier III Data Center in Poland. Geographic separation from your main location provides protection against regional disasters. Redundant power, cooling, and internet connections guarantee 99.982% availability.

Who is DRaaS for?

Companies with critical systems

Where downtime means significant losses

E-commerce

Online stores requiring continuous availability

Finance and insurance

Regulations requiring DR plans

Manufacturing

Control systems and ERP critical for operations

Frequently asked questions

Backup protects data – you can restore it after a failure. DRaaS protects business continuity – you can launch entire systems (servers, applications, networks) at a backup location. DRaaS is an extension of backup, not a replacement.

Typical RTO (Recovery Time Objective) for DRaaS is 15-60 minutes. For critical systems, RTO below 15 minutes is possible. Exact time depends on infrastructure complexity and requirements.

Yes, regular DR testing is key and part of the service. We conduct failover tests without disrupting production, confirming DR plan readiness.

After the problem is resolved, we perform failback – migration of systems back to your primary location. The process is planned and executed during an agreed maintenance window.
